Even if they could I just don't think they will relist without getting the entitlement issue done. To re list with only several million dollars in the bank after minjars monies and after creditors are paid , and to be again at the vagaries of the market while trying to do the rights issue would just potentially put us back where we were pre VA. much less risky to stay in suspension and get all the monies raised.
Mid late Sept is still my guess. Happy to be wrong..
