200k ounces pa is not going to happen if you have a 2500 tpd mill, your average milling grade is 5 grams/tonne, and the gold recovery rate is 90%. This would suggest they produce only 132k ounces pa. At 6 grams/t the max output rises to 158k ounces. The reserve grade is 7 grams/t and I do not think they will reach that level due to grade dilution, and I think their projection is that the milling grade will be 5-6 grams.
There is also the issue of getting enough ore to the mill (being fixed?) and to ensure that the mill is operating at its designed full capability of 2500 tpd.
