Hi Stormer,

The shares from the capital raise will not be released until some time in August, after the AGM. These have not been paid for yet, so its not just a case of issuing the shares, they need to collect the $ first.

Whilst some shareholders from the capital raise may sell, I believe there will be more holders than sellers, they aren't all stupid.

In the mean time volume is low, and it looks like the seller or sellers that kept dropping bundles at 1.7 cents have finished, strong support from buy orders with reducing sell orders bode well for the share price increasing.

Gator21's post above sums up Helium and where BNL should be heading. Its still a great opportunity at this price IMO
