It is in the interest for BNL to get started as soon as possible. They have enough residual cash from the last $5mil CR to undertake the drilling at $300k per hole.
I am sure that they would need another CR this year and would like the SP to be twice what it is now to maximise any cash they will likely get from a CR.
At the moment they are paying out significant leasehold fees so speed is really of the essence. Could be a very interesting time leading up to the end of the year.
