Goodluck I hope your gamble pays off. I will wait for the next raise announcement to see the terms and what kind of pipelines they wish to be able to unlock with the new funding before deciding whether it’s a buy or sell.
The corporate side is alarming with a MD, 2 NED and that’s it. A one man show? I wonder how the governance looks like as they don’t even have a chairman. Why did all the other board members quit is probably a better question to ask. The last one standing in this scenario is usually the issue or am I missing something?
