Well I have watched from the sidelines until now:

1. Many of my fears have been reduced by the announcement.
2. There are a few who really have issues with this company and its so deep that they seem to refuse to want to give them credit for what they do achieve. I can understand that non holders will post to give you their opinion in fact I have on occasion but I wont go and put that much time into it - I dont short stocks - personal reasons. I have watched a few of the negative posters here ( Note I did not say all) and the only conclusion I can come to is that they actively trade both long and short and thus do have an interest in the stock. I think that HC should add shorting or have a financial interest in price movements to the selection.
3. Whilst I dont have an issue with rewarding management with shares etc - I don't buy the argument that this contract thus is legitimacy for the rewards of last year... Sorry management at all levels need to create a reward system that rewards executives after achievement not after hard work. My view - you get paid your basic remuneration to work hard the incentive is for what you have achieved.
4. I also dont think that the company should still be settling costs via the issue of shares - This is an operating entity with income ... Fees for services should be paid in cash - If they want shares they can go buy them on market. My view is still that some of the behaviours of management are still in the development company stage.
5. I am now in the black by around 13% so could sell at a profit - I am not selling because of the opportunity - or if you put it another way because of my greed. I am still not happy with GR and the contract does not change that. I still dont believe short term incentives should be paid in shares. Nor am I of the opinion that the last slug were deserved. I think elements of management are underpaid and the chair is overpaid. I have excluded NC in my review of remuneration. I am uncomfortable about how much blue sky is influencing me in my decision to keep this stock.
6. When doubt sets in I wonder how fortunate this company ( and all of us) are that Dr BB developed Alexicool... Are we over the next few years going to find that this product in fact drives expectations whilst FR stalls or meanders ...

All in all my summation is:

If they are checking the announcements then my view is that this contract isn't the licencing agreements they referred to. If it was they would or should have clarified that point - that a licencing agreement ended up as a supply contract.

I applaud the contract it is a large one - I am not going to argue about the nature of the company who have committed to take or pay $10 million each year. They must be large enough to pay... or they lose the contract with damages I presume.

So I am expecting some more to come - licencing ...

Managements first objective is to bring the company to break-even , then to profitability as this secures all our futures and wards off any further need for a CR.

A little bit more upward movement in share price will secure the ASX300 slot which would make me a lot happier...

I think looking at the share sales since the announcement - I think many small brokers and holders are looking to get out without a loss. So I expect the wall of fear will track us all the way. Each small victory in share price is going to have to be hard fought.

I want to thank all posters - too many to mention but special mention to Pinto , Parsifal and Cracker I have obviously left out a few that also deserve a special mention so sorry to anyone who I have missed. If it were not for this forum I would probably have sold, taken my profit and moved on.

Great post, I agree that this latest contract has blown away much of my lingering doubt, and justifies an end to the downtrend at the very, very least. What really excites me is just how many irons we appear to have in many fires.

In the coming months we could well see further large contract wins in epoxy/PCB, tenting, apparel, automotive, military and who knows what else. There's also the real possibility of ongoing growth in smaller contracts that don't justify released in themselves.
