From my understanding Gavin's response was detailed and included that:
1. Moelis in Australia has the full suite of services whereas Moelis in the US is Mergers and Acquisitions.
2. Moelis in the US introduced Alexium to investment management companies Fidelity and Vanguard.
3. Moelis have "served Alexium well".
4. Report is independent- can't influence or change
5. Moelis Australia visited Alexium in the US a few weeks before the AGM.
6. Alexium want institutions to buy stock.
I wonder if the Fidelity and Vanguard aspect is the major positive.
