The other REE share I follow MEK (gold also). Did exactly this. They found REE by chance drilling for gold, and immediately went and secured any land rights in the same geological belt (turned out to be even bigger than their original site with same REE. The beauty is, they (WA1) likely got this land for next to nothing!
