Had a look into the extraction process, various types of RES's and what is considered high in terms percentages. It seems largely dependent on the type of rock the REE is in. You may get a higher percentage is a REE that makes the extraction process very expensive and almost worthless. While a lower persentage in a rock that it is easily extracted from is more desirable. Not sure what rock type we have.
