I found out (by contacting them) that the letter is a bit misleading as it refers to each share script one has, rather than the aggregation of a number of scripts (which would give you your 'real' total holdings) you may have, if shares were bought at different times. So if you got a couple of letters even if the total is above the 166,666 shares owned, you need to reply to each letter if you want to keep your shares.
