There are many indicators of a fertile pegmatic system, chief among them is mineralogy. Geologic setting and emplacement are major factors in determining a pegmatites fertility, as "distance to source" determines how fractionated a pegmatite is, which determines which minerals form. Too evolved, and you get lepidolite. Not evolved enough, and you end up with just quartz, feldspar and muscovite.

I'm still in the early stages of doing my DD on OAR, having done well from LRS and SLM. But, from my research it seems like the CEO has only been with the company for 6 months. Personally that seems like early days to be making any judgment calls on his suitability just yet. It's not likes he has a track record of being a terrible MD/CEO. Unlike some of the other MD's out there. Ultimately he will have to justify his salary by delivering positive results, and doing some deals to shift the fortunes of the company. But, I will say It's hard to attract talent to a company without being prepared to pay for it.
