IMO - any announcement related to turning this "international interest" from the ann on the 23/7 into reality i.e. contract or agreement will be a substantial milestone for the company in fact it would be its biggest in its history IMO and could open the flood gates for a re-rate of the stock price.
Who knows if and when but we await.....
Again for me its a hold, still cheap IMO - MC is tiny! Potential is massive
