Compare peh with its peers, estimate future revenues according to the services peh provides, I compared them with the environmental company which works on the M5 tunnel called something tech (won't give u full name) which is actually a competitor with PEH and has nothing compared to enviro suit , I then compared them to a few more companies that have no where near the connections peh has minus envirosuite, most ranging from 42 to 58 cents per share with slightly higher market caps and much high PE ratios I won't share my information.
