I am not trying to be a "smart A" rightchoice but if you do not how many shares are on issue, or haven't had a read of the Annual Report (finance) then I would hold off buying until you have done a little more basic research.
You could rely on the opinions of others around the HC forum (not a good strategy imo), or you could do your own research. Basic research is just a good habit to get into when buying a part of a company. You should start developing your research skills with PEH.
Whichever way you go - good luck with your decision. However, I think a reliance on research is far preferable to luck
