There are lots of ASX listed company's, who have projects in Tanzania are all starting or registering the business in the UK.
This is for the simple reasons, if the Tanzania government decides to change the goal post once again. (Probably Not, but we will Never Know).
One just as to look at 1 of my other stock that I own, as won a ligation court case through the world bank, recently.
If Pek didn't register it's name in the UK, then it would be a big injustice to all Pek share holders, in other words the company as a duty of care.
IMHO.
