How long did the agreement give Shenghe to make an investment decision? (i dont have the docs in front of me)
As long as they hold that investment opportunity they hold rights to the product for seven years.
I can't see anyone else able to make a bid until Shenghe has forfeited their rights to fund construction, and they could yet drag that out a while longer as it appears Peak has nowhere else to go
