No question in my mind that Shenghe will go ahead with construction, and the 7 years offtake is already binding. It's just painful to watch and endure the radio silence from management, but I guess they can't get ahead of Shenghe. The Tanz govt might start to put pressure on the process if it lingers any further as they have skin in this game too. Closing in on a double bottom here? Only four weeks left in the quarter so some concrete announcement definitely due
