They have three weeks left in the quarter to announce the execution of the 'satisfaction of due diligence' documentation as per their stated timeline at which point they will hopefully also announce timing re signing of the FID.
I Don't expect FID before quarters end but I do expect DD satisfaction and timing / fixed date on the FID.
They could surprise the market but that appears unlikely.
Either way DD is a done deal and FID is next.
