Appian facilitates TOs but this represents not necessarily the only way forward, just a 50/50 chance, IMO.
I was very encouraged by the fact that management paid down the option for Teeside.
That indicated to me that BOD plans might be long term to stay in the process.
This would provide shareholders with much higher returns.
Accumulation ongoing today, smart money buying, short term oriented or those who do not trust the process selling.
Once 14 cents goes, this probably jumps a bit.
