"REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Peak Resources Limited request that its securities be placed in an immediate
trading halt pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company will remain in pre-open until the earlier of commencement of
normal trading on Wednesday 20 January 2010 or when the announcement is
released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be
granted."
