I think you are probably correct Sam and what stinks about it is that the company could raise so much more money than that if they let the stock run a little longer into the 20c range.
The announcement was obviously timed to allow our board to sell off our shares cheap to make some fat cats wealther at the expense of ordinary shareholders.
It happens all the time and unfortunately not much you can do about it except have a sook on Hot Copper.
