think that is because we have been so ‘close’, ‘iminent’, ‘hopeful’ for the last few years… investors have given up with the bullshit and will re-enter when the project is derisked via the signing.
investors will pour in on that announcement so you have to be involved prior to the announcement to make material gains. The brave who invest pre announcement will make bank, the conservative will make a fraction
