incredibly frustrating waiting for these f*#> heads to sign. Also frustrating not hearing from our management. I think a few posters have nailed it on the head recently, we really need answers into why it’s continuously delayed…it’s almost getting to that point in time where litigation is getting pretty reasonable… all the schools, roads, medical care for the past 10+ years and this stringing along is their way of conducting business… ffs
