Even if rare earths don't remain at current prices - even if they drop back to the lows of the past couple of decades - Ngualla is strongly positioned, with cheap access to the ore (it's on the flaming surface, for crying out loud - it doesn't get much better than that!), easy steps to provide an initial concentrate, and a good governance situation.
It's the difference between ludicrous multiples returned, and merely crazy multiples returned.
I concur - strongly - on the "sit tight" sentiment.
