With due credit, they have done all the work necessary to progress. Unfortunately the recently departed management failed to achieve an SML outcome in over 3 years resulting in stagnation and subsequent SP depreciation because nothing was happening or being achieved whilst a top heavy management continued to receive what IMO were top heavy salaries.
That's all changed now so hopefully all of the dead wood has gone and the new CEO can kick that big goal called the SML.
I have a very positive feeling that people who have entered the register since early December 2020 and hold on will do very well.
Mind you traders have also cleaned up which is good for them also.
