Don't really know. Did they know? If they did they didn't tell us shareholders. They told us for a period of 3 years plus that it was close and we had fulfilled all our obligations.
Maybe the Tanz Govt didn't like Rocky Smith. Maybe the Govt wanted more conditions and free skin in the project and PEK wouldn't budge.
It is all unknown. One would think that there would be a real reason or stumbling block or is the Tanz Govt just plain slow and incompetent.
I don't know, we don't know and they(PEK) don't seem to know or does someone really know hence all of the recent changes to the executive?
