Interesting choice of dates.. why on or before the 8th of Feb?
Revolution Day is tomorrow; others have commented on that being the delineating point where cabinet is likely to start sorting through the approvals post-Christmas (meaning I wouldn't expect an SML license announcement before Wednesday at the absolute earliest.) But yes, I think it's pretty clear that the rise to 8 cents is on the back of expectations that the SML will be granted soon; a failure to do so will see it fall back below 4 cents in fairly short order. I think it's a gamble worth taking, but just remember that until the SML is granted (if it is), it is a gamble.
