Sure Rocky had experience to get PEK to a certain point only. So what.
Look at what he didn't do over all the years.
AND look at his disastrous capital raising a short while ago.
Unfortunately I don't have facts. Unless you have.
It spoke volumes that he resigned.
Or was he pushed out by new management?
I believe he was. (IMO)
Look at how funds were raised recently.
This time the share holders were given a bite of the cherry.
A vast contrast in management style and capability.
AND reflected in the current SP
