Looks like our new company secretary is also the co-sec of Aspire Mining..... Would make logical sense to consolidate the office and save costs.
I'd imagine that thy Company is fully focused on getting the SML and with the recent management changes are probably operating with minimal staffing.
I'd let the Company focus on the big picture in Tanzania instead of getting worried about the signage not being up on their new office they moved to a few week ago.
