I've been following the RE story for 12 months now and PEK is my pick as the most under valued asset out there and closest to development. The deposit is by far the best undeveloped RE deposit in the world.
With a Mining Licence, progress towards project financing and positive developments out of Tanzania around the mining legislation and this should have a market cap at least equal to and probably higher the Pensanna, which was capped at circa $400million (and about 2year behind where PEK is at in terms of engineering studies etc).
