seconding/thirding all comments above. actually very strong price action in my opinion. particularly today. Low volume pullback that was well supported and then strengthened off lows
considering lack of news and the price action over the preceding 2 months, the fact the price is holding this level is extremely bullish.
The difference in the news flow from here vs 'other sorts' of news flow is that this govt licence will take this company from being a stranded asset to a shovel ready development project asset with near $1B NPV. $100+B inground value and 70+ year mine life in the most niche commodity in the green metals sector.
Considering the macro backdrop and valuation of peers. PEK could quite conceivably get to 40c by end of march.
