Yeah LYC capex was huge !!!!! And that was 13 years ago.
PEK are in a much better position. Have better cleaner ore !!!!
Add to the equation the world Geopolitical situation atm, the huge pivot away from China, RE prices are only going up, means glory for PEK.
I dont think they will accept or recieve any offers before SML granted, as I have stated before I think the UK govt will step up and take a stake not long after SML granted.....just my opinion.
