How do you justify that statement ? or has PEK managed to already build/upgrade all of the other necessary Infrastructure while they are (still) waiting for the SML ? 1,000km by road to Dar Es Salaam, then 12,000km by ship followed by a 3km truck to the Tee-side site. PEK runs the risk of being held hostage to the same problems as Lynas ie Transport costs..
If PEK can negotiate a reasonable 'Revenue' sharing agreement (assuming that does that include the refinery profits ?), your 50% share may just allow the company to continue operations in Tanzania, but I seriously doubt that you will ever see the mine make much of a Profit !
