Salad greens.
½ deboned and sliced roast duck from the Chinese shop.
1 sliced pear.
¾ cup diced pineapple.
½ cup glazed nuts.
1 small sliced red onion.
¼ cup packed roughly chopped fresh cilantro leaves.
Dressing made by combining:
Juice of 1 or 2 lime.
1 tablespoon fish sauce.
½ teaspoon sesame oil.
1 teaspoon rice wine.
1 teaspoon lemon grass.
1 teaspoon spoon sugar or light brown sugar.
1 or 2 chopped chipotle chili or sauce.
