Baste with the following:
75 ml maple syrup.
50 ml hoy sein.
1 tablespoon soy sauce.
1 dessert sherry vinegar.
¼ to ½ teaspoon five-spice powder.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber.
Use remainder of bust as dipping sauce.
