Tuscan chicken or duck:
on the charcoal webber barbecue the one chicken or duck cut into pieces.
In a pan simmer the following on the charcoal webber:
Two cups water.
1 packet of chicken necks.
1 dozen dried tomatoes.
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
2 tablespoons sliced basil.
A piece of origanano.
1 tablespoon pressed garlic.
A few splashes of soy sauce.
A few splashes white wine.
A few splashes of wocester.
¼ teaspoon pepper.
A splash of xo sauce.
Serve with the chicken or duck 3 cups baby spinach and 1 cup of cream.
