Now, I am No geologist, but if a company like SXY was paying 100% of the costs to find oil, and PGS was in a No Lose situation, I would think the Price for Both Companies would lift significantly when Oil is discovered in the next few days....PGS should be bought out for anywhere from $0.035 - $0.20 per share...depending on the amount of barrels per /day produced....
I would greatly appreciate any other views on this matter, i am a little one eye'd as my hard earned is just floating around , not doing anything
