I am sure everyone knows what is going on with the geopolitical tensions. Shell and BP are disinvesting from Russia.
Will we see Shell fast tracking in other areas like Namibia? I am just thinking out loud based of the recent discovery. If it does then PCL may be lucky as it will get more exposure.
