    I believe AKK views the BPT TO positively, as BPT have rigs operating near the PEL 105 block.

    It certainly reduces the complexity of finding a rig, booking a rig and get it on site. Just line up and get I'm the schedule. Since BPT took on ADE for the Cooper assets should pretty certain to get a drill slot.
