Nice summary Pinky although I don't agree with a lot of it apart from the fact that we're "heading towards end of 2023" and there is no funding proposal and "they are determined to raise at a decent level". Well I hope for many things that don't eventuate - I've learned that hope isn't a strategy that pays dividends in markets. Whenever you need something to go your way as you're backed into a corner it very rarely does.

Good management I know just doesn't allow a situation where you become a price taker particularly in a market as risk off as this.
