    In 2018/19, the High Court changed about 3.75% of lower court decisions that they received Special Leave applications for, while the remaining 96.25% remain with the decision of the lower court. They usually go the opposite way from lower courts do they? You have a strange definition of "usually."

    Why are you so upset about the law being applied correctly? It was 7-0, unanimous and joint. It was a resounding rebuke of the trial, and State appeal majority verdicts.
