    Perhaps as he didnt take the stand it was difficult for them to outline the timeline. He may have been required to verify the timeline. As he didnt provide testimony , it wasnt pursued.

    The situation which allows people to be complainants behind closed doors bothers me. As the complainant was faceless he assumes a position of general stereotype to the population, which fuels community prejudice against the accused. In the end as he was faceless, he represented all those whom have been abused moreso than if he had been visible imo. If I was being accused of something then id want my accuser to be visible, otherwise what do they have to lose?

    Something happened to someone at some time here. Was it just after a mass- gee that would be brazen and to be honest if someone is behaving like that, then it would unlikely be an isolated event imo . Perhaps the dead friend had confided in the complainant about something, or something similar, which is of course irrelevant to this case.
