Oh look give up. There is absolutely no proof that Pell committed the offence he was charged over. In fact the circumstantial evidence makes it unlikely to have taken place. I am amazed that police and the DPP proceeded with this prosecution. That said IMO Pell did facilitate child abuse within the church and might have been involved himself. He is a low individual in my eyes, but he certainly should not have been found guilty of the offence he was charged with. And I have posted that opinion here all along.
