That same jury of 12 did not see the timeline that made the allegations improbable (impossible?) and if they had seen that timeline there could have been a different result.
As I have posted previously I have good reason to despise the Catholic Church. I have only been interested in this case because of the legal side.
However what has happened in this case is a travesty and leaves the reputations of the Victorian judicial system and their ABC, who ran the cheer squad, damaged severely.
