    one judge out of three believed the result should be overturned. So doubt can easily linger. one judge out of three disagreed with 12 jurors.

    in the end this verdict is based on a decades old allegation without any solid evidence.

    as witness testimony is the most unreliable evidence, i would always hold some doubt.

    as one judge did not believe the descibed events were possible, i still hold doubt.

    however Pell has faced our court system in a fair trial. He is probably guily. Only Pell and his accusors can know for certain. That will remain the horror of all criminal law.

    occassionally the innocent are found guilty. I doubt it occurred this time but no poster here can know.
