I was disturbed by the demeanor of 2 of the SC judges during the hearing.
i tbought the woman's mind was made up, and the other seemed a weak willed individual. It is plausible to me that he would side with her so as not to appear misogynistic, isolating her in her grave error.
Of course I cannot look inside their head, but I have met a few HC judges and they are humans like anyone of us. Appointmenta to the HC are scarcer than the SC'a so who knows what motivated the woman judge.
The future of law enforcement and jurisprudence just tok a turn for the worse accepting uncorroborated evidence.
