    Discusses premium paid has risen form $26 to $35 a ton but notes Karara doesn't publish premium paid. The article indicates GBG may already be receiving over $100 per ton but this is only a hypothesis. Samarco in Brazil has suit down which also may affect GBG. A previous poster mentioned coking coal prices and this article draws the parallel of price movements of coking coal with premium ore.

    However the article does question how long the ore price rise may be sustained.
