Key points . . .
1. China's 2019 pellet output was 175 mt with the added statement that pellet production is forecast to increase substantially.
2. Local production of pellets in China is cheaper then importing pellets.
3. Demand for high grade fines to make more pellets in China
Points 2 & 3 would be a good case to proceed with SD producing high grade 69% concentrate.
