It's the Chinese, they own this stock.
They need no higher sp, because they do not need to raise money.
All institutions have left the stock, so nobody is calling them to put pressure them for higher sp.
So just cash your div and be silent they say.
Anybody seen a brokers report the last year, ?.. That's what I mean
