It may be an unpopular view, but I'd actually like them to hold off on the dividend. If these pellet prices hold then Southdown comes seriously into play and having a heap(!) of cash could be very beneficial.
I think being 100% reliant on a single asset is risky and will always drag the SP below true valuations.
